WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE? We ship with PostNL and DPD. We compare rates between both carriers to ensure your order arrives as fast and efficiently as possible.

 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error before shipment, contact us immediately at hello@getkickly.com and we'll do our best to help.

 

 

DOES KICKLY SHIP OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS? Yes! We ship across Europe. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country. Orders placed before 3pm ship same day. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Occasional delays beyond our control may occur.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION? To manage your subscription, log in to your account and click "Manage Subscription". From there you can adjust your delivery frequency, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription at any time.

 

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? Log in to your account and navigate to the Manage Subscription page to update your shipping address. Make sure any changes are made before your next order date to avoid delivery issues.

 

 

HOW CAN I SKIP A DELIVERY? Log in to your account, select the subscription you want to modify, and choose the option to skip your next delivery. Your shipment will then be postponed to the following cycle.

 

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? To cancel, log in to your account, click "Manage Subscription", select your subscription and choose the cancel option. Please note that cancellations are permanent. Make sure to cancel before your next order is processed to avoid being charged.
